License keys are granted only upon full or agreed payment and remain active only while payments are current.
If payment is not received by the due date, SITEBYJIRO MEDIA reserves the right to immediately suspend or disable the associated website, services, or license key without prior notice.
Suspension may include, but is not limited to, temporary service interruption, disabling access, or placing a "Website Seized by SITEBYJIRO MEDIA" notice on the client's website.
Continued non-payment beyond the grace period specified in the service agreement may result in permanent termination of services and revocation of the license.
SITEBYJIRO MEDIA is not liable for any data loss, downtime, or damages resulting from suspension, seizure, or termination due to non-payment.
Services may be restored upon full payment of outstanding balances, including any applicable late fees or reactivation charges.
In no event shall SITEBYJIRO MEDIA or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
